Naomi Sachs
Fully Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist
So many of us have a terrible relationship with exercise and food. My approach has always been to provide my clients with a rich, interactive, dynamic experience that encourages a healthy relationship to exercise and nutrition. I believe the best eating and exercise style for the client is the one that is the most sustainable and supportive. I love teaching clients how to navigate their meal plans and fitness routines in a way that allows them to create self-accountability.
I’ve studied and mentored alongside numerous top-level coaches, and since starting Strive For Stronger, I’ve never stopped learning! When it comes to transformation science, I believe a strategic and technical application produces results of the most significant magnitude, and that’s why I find myself on an eternal quest for new knowledge.
And the last thing you should know about me is this isn’t just a job. I love to exercise and make time to train 4-6x per week!

Fitness is my passion and life, and I love helping other people realize the incredible benefits of proper nutrition and regular exercise. It just feels good to feel good!
From a credentials perspective, I am an Elite Trainer with ISSA and working towards becoming a Master trainer. I hold an NCCPT and ISSA certification in Personal Training and ISSA certifications in Sports Nutrition, Genetics-Based Program Design and Online Coaching. And I’m always learning and growing in the fitness area because I want to be the best possible trainer for my clients.
When you work with me, you’ll realize I’m very organized and detail-oriented, and I bring that mentality into our training sessions. So, if you’re a person that likes structure, accountability, and detailed plans, I think we’ll get along just great.
It all comes down to helping you reach your goals, and I enjoy seeing clients build a sustainable fitness lifestyle. I can’t think of anything more rewarding. I love what I do!
