I utilize a ‘maximum results, minimum time’ model to optimize your time spent in the gym, which is fundamental to our collaboration as coach and client.

Just like my in-person clients, you invest in a set period of time while I build a personalized plan around your schedule with the tools, accountability and guidance you need to achieve the absolute best results possible.

Client results depend heavily on how well clients adhere to their program. I bring a results-driven model and culture of excellence to my personal training product, but achieving the highest outcomes will require hard work and consistency.

Feel assured that if you are willing to work hard and follow the program to the letter, you will achieve incredible results – regardless of age, experience or starting point.

Your starting point does not matter. Whether you weigh 50kg or 150kg, I can help you fine-tune your gym experience with a step-by-step, personalized, goal-focused approach that delivers 

quantifiable outcomes.

I work with clients from 18 to 80. You are never too old to improve your health. My approach achieves measurable outcomes, including recomposition, improved hormonal balance, strength, blood sugar management, blood pressure and even cholesterol levels.    

You don’t have to be fit to start – but you have to start. There is no minimum fitness requirement. It’s never too early to take that first step, but the sooner you do, the better.

 If you have a medically diagnosed condition, you should receive clearance from your primary care physician before you start an exercise program.

It takes 2.7 hours of gym time per week, on average, to achieve a transformation – hardly an unmanageable amount of time for the majority of our clients, including time-poor CEOs and executives balancing work and family.

While there is no ‘perfect diet’, there is a more optimal dietary layout for you – and I can help you discover it. I have worked with clients with food sensitivities, allergies and intolerances, as well as vegans, vegetarians and many more who required a personalized approach.
