Fully Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist

So many of us have a terrible relationship with exercise and food. My approach has always been to provide my clients with a rich, interactive, dynamic experience that encourages a healthy relationship to exercise and nutrition. I believe the best eating and exercise style for the client is the one that is the most sustainable and supportive. I love teaching clients how to navigate their meal plans and fitness routines in a way that allows them to create self-accountability.

I’ve studied and mentored alongside numerous top-level coaches since starting Strive For Stronger, and I’ve never stopped learning! When it comes to transformation science, I believe a strategic and technical application produces results of the most significant magnitude, and that’s why I find myself on an eternal quest for new knowledge.

And the last thing you should know about me is this isn’t just a job. I love to exercise and make time to train 4-5x per week!
