We operate out of Evolve Strength North, a performance-based gym where everyone of all fitness levels is welcome. You can choose from multiple packages depending on your goals, and we will create a customized fitness program that will have you feeling and looking your best.
- 3 Package Options of 2x, 3x, 4x per week training
- Exercise programming according to client goals, mobility limitations, and past injuries, all while ensuring an optimal neuromuscular stimulus
- A progressive approach to safe and effective strength development
- Form and technique coaching
- Breathing mechanics, bracing and core development strategies
- Mastering all eight compounds lifts (bench press, overhead press, incline press, dip, chin-up, squat, deadlift, and front squat)
- Direction, support and accountability to get the most out of every training session
One-on-One
Our 1-on-1 Private Fitness Training is where you will receive a personalized program based on your goals under the watchful eye of our experienced trainers.
